A ground-up healthcare building for Mirthini Hospital, Erode. Hospitals demand robust, code-compliant structures with generous column-free spans — and Rapid Green Builders delivered the reinforced-concrete frame stage by stage from the foundations up.

Columns and floor slabs were cast in sequence to raise the multi-storey frame, with a dedicated cut-and-bend yard on site keeping a steady supply of reinforcement detailed to the structural drawings. Correct cover, spacing and lap lengths were maintained throughout for long-term durability.

Working to healthcare-grade requirements, our teams held tight tolerances on alignment and level so services, partitions and finishes could follow cleanly. Continuous supervision and quality checks accompanied every pour.
